SCOPE OF WORK: *

Photographer agrees to provide a photo session (“Session”) for Client on the agreed-upon date, time, and location. Photographer will deliver edited digital images consistent with their style and portfolio.

PAYMENT *

I understand that a 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to reserve my session date and time, while the remaining balance is due on or before the session date. I understand that no images will be delivered until the full balance has been paid.

CANCELLATION *

Client acknowledges that if they cancel the session for any reason, the 50% retainer is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation, Sydney Eustice Photography will make every reasonable effort to reschedule the session to a mutually agreed-upon date and time, subject to availability. If rescheduling cannot be arranged within 3 months of the original date, the retainer will be forfeited.

WEATHER POLICY *

I understand that in the event of weather conditions that, in Sydney Eustice Photography's professional judgment, make the session unsafe or would negatively impact the quality of the images, she will reschedule the session at no additional cost. Sydney and Client will work together to select a new date when weather conditions are more favorable.

ARTISTIC STYLING & EDITING *

Client acknowledges they have viewed Sydney Eustice Photography’s work and is booking based on that style. Sydney Eustice Photography retains creative discretion regarding composition, editing, and image selection. Raw/unedited files will not be delivered.

PHOTO DELIVERY *

I understand that final edited images will be delivered digitally within approximately 2-3 weeks of the session date, unless another timeframe has been agreed upon with Sydney Eustice Photography

LIABILITY OF SERVICE *

I understand that Sydney Eustice Photography is not responsible for circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to: late arrivals, wardrobe malfunctions, accidents, acts of nature, or uncooperative behavior of subjects. Sydney Eustice Photography’s liability is limited to the return of all payments received if they fail to deliver services.
